Group Lesson
Want to bring two or three friends, sign up for the group lesson! (maximum of 4 people per group)
Service Description
Lesson includes wheel time and a simple handbuilt project. Groups of 4 will be able to do handbuilt projects only. To have your completed piece shipped to you after the firing process is complete, please let us know during your lesson or in the booking form notes. We can give more cost insight at the time of the lesson and process shipping payment at that time! There is always a free pickup option available as well.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us 24 hours prior to your booked lesson. We take great time and care in prepping for each session booked. That being said we have some policies in place that help us keep things running smoothly around the shop. Failure to cancel or reschedule your session without notification will result in being charged the full amount of your purchase. Rescheduled lessons or cancelations within 24 hours of your session will result in a partial refund of 50% of your purchase. Unfortunately, cancelations or rescheduled appointments made within 24 hours of the session are not able to be rebooked with such short notice. We appreciate your understanding!
